Media Central Hotel's Policy:
- All room charge & services if applicable are requested to settle at arrival at check in.
- All Promotional rates are exclusive of 10% tax and 5% service charges.
Check-in/out Policy:
- Check in: from 14:00;
- Check out: no later than 12:00;
- Early check-in: subject to room availability with or without surcharge.
Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge
Early arrivals and late departures:
- If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel
Guarantee Policy:
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received or hotel can not contact with guest upon arrival in some special case.
Children Policy:
- Child under 5-year old: free of charge when sharing same bed with parents.
- Child from 6-year old to under 9 -year old: surcharge $15 with breakfast/ person/ room/ night without extra bed.
- Child from 9 - year old or extra Adult: surcharge $20 with breakfast/ person/ room/ night with extra bed.
- Extra bed: 20$/ night with breakfast.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
Cancellation:
Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: mediacentralhotel@gmail.com, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
Customer must notify Media Central Hanoi if you plan change before 2 days you check in. Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.
Amendment:
Amendments is negotiable via our email: mediacentralhotel@gmail.com
Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Media Central Hanoi will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
Rates are inclusive of:
Daily buffet breakfast (6.30 to 09.30 am every day), Free Welcome drink when check in Tea, coffe, 2 refilled bottles of mineral water in room daily. Free usage of ADSL and Wifi internet in-room and public area.
